Cafe with outdoor dining
Given warm weather all year round, shouldn’t Hilo have a cafe with outdoor dining somewhere in the downtown?

Casa de Luna Restaurant on the corner of Mamo & Keawe will be opening soon with outdoor/indoor dinning…it is a design challenge but can be done
Hilo market areas would be perfect and close the road for more safety

The sidewalks would have to be widened to allow for ADA compliance.
I totally agree! there are beautiful nights in Hilo that would lend a special atmosphere to diners out to enjoy themselves
